IRON QIGONG TRAINING
Iron Qigong (Hard Qigong) is made of a diverse set of Training that makes the body like Iron. Breathing Skills and Mind over Matter Training is based on Imperial and Buddhist Chinese Training History. Training includes Moving Meditation and or In Place Meditation, Accu massage, Internal Power Cultivation, Loud Meditation, and Contact and Non-Contact Practices, performed by many different body positions. Iron Qigong (Hard Qigong) is also classified into 2 fundamental categories: 1) Moving Iron Qigong (Hard Qigong) with Impact movements and 2) Meditative and Soft Qigong with still positions and Inner Energy Movements of the Breathing. Millions say that there is therapeutic perspectives to Iron Qigong Training that can be classified into two orders: A) internal Qigong, which focuses on self-care and Chi-Cultivation, and; B) External or Iron or Hard Qigong, which involves Impact and Strengthing Training.
Moving Meditation Iron Qigong Training seems to coordinates slower movements, with deep Diaphragmatic Breathing, with a calm mental state, also with visualization of moving the Chi through out the body.
